Alana Gamage is the founder and steward of the Office of the Three Sisters, serving as Vision Keeper and Ecosystem Tender. Her work bridges Indigenous knowledge systems, community resilience, and cooperative education to create pathways for collective wellbeing.

Through the Office, Alana facilitates programs grounded in sacred reciprocity (Ayni), cyclical learning rhythms aligned with natural cycles, and community-based action research that honors Indigenous methodologies.
