- Ayni
- Sacred reciprocity (Kichwa). The ethic that transforms gratitude into action.
- Rimanakuy
- Speaking from the heart (Kichwa). A ceremony to gather knowledge and perspectives for community action research.
- Minga
- A small collaborative team of three or more people who meet weekly for one lunar cycle to work on a shared goal.
