Stand up the shared sign-up + orientation capture system Alana asked for on 2026-05-04: a single place that records who's signed up, what role they want to hold, whether they've completed the Earth Stewardship Program, whether they've done the orientation, and what they're consenting to. Once this exists, Alana can lead the orientations.
Onboard new participants into the meaning of Sky / East / South / West / North / Earth and the program rhythm. Monthly cadence, group format works well. ~2 hrs/month. The front door for everyone who joins the community.
