Roles
The Office of the Three Sisters is held by people in named roles. Some are active, some are open to be filled, and some are still in development. One person can hold multiple roles. Multiple people can hold the same role and rotate.

Registry Keeper

Tends the living registry of roles, members, and rotations across the Office. Ensures the structure stays legible to everyone walking in.
Board of Directors

Stewards governance, ethics, and long-horizon direction for the Office of the Three Sisters as a polycropping of three sister organizations.
Office Habitat / Resource Steward

Stewards the physical and material habitat of the Office at 420 Providence Mine — space, supplies, and the relational maintenance of the place.
Social Media Historian / Archivist Lead

Holds the documentation memory of the Office across social channels and archives — capturing voice, ceremony, and process across time.
Hampina Program Lead
In developmentApprox. 1
Leads the Hampina Path program — Associates-level community learning organized through 6-day medicine wheel cycles.
Community & Membership Coordinator

Welcomes new members, manages the orientation pathway, and coordinates the membership directory.
Follow Through Keeper

Carries the agreements forward — checks in on commitments made in circle and ensures the Office's word lives in action.
